WEDDING CAKE PRICES & PORTIONS
Every cake I make is completely bespoke to you, and as such I don't have an 'off the shelf' set price list.
From the design of your cake to the baking and decorating, everything is done by me personally so my prices are reflective of the premium ingredients and techniques I use, and will vary depending on the design of the cake, the number (and size) of portions required, plus the delivery and set up costs applicable to your wedding venue.

Each of my cake tiers stand at least 7" tall and contain four layers of delicate sponge, three layers of smooth american buttercream & a variety of luxurious curds and fillings. All tiers are covered in a white chocolate ganache, followed by either a thin layer of sugarpaste or another layer of whitened (or coloured) chocolate ganache before being decorated with the upmost care and attention to detail.

I fully appreciate it can be helpful to at least get an idea of pricing before discussing anything further, so have listed the 2026 prices for my most popular wedding cake sizes below:

Pricing & Portion Guide
Traditionally the Wedding Cake cake was always cut and served during the evening reception, but this is your day, done your way, and you can decide on when this happens to best suit you! If you don't wish to cater for all your guests then a good rule of thumb is to go for around 80% of your total guest number - if however you are planning to serve your cake as the dessert course with your wedding breakfast, then you will need to cater for 100%.
Once I know how many guests you would like to serve, and when, I can advise a cake size for you based on your requirements, or you can use the guide below to help decide what you'd like.

The guide below shows the approximate number of portions available from my most popular cake sizes:

TWO TIER ~ 5" & 7" (50 Portions) ~ from £400.00 for a Ganache finish / £450.00 for Sugarpaste
TWO TIER ~ 6" & 8" (76 Portions) ~ from £450.00 for a Ganache finish / £500.00 for Sugarpaste
THREE TIER - 4", 6" & 8" (88 Portions) ~ from £525.00 for a Ganache finish / £600.00 for Sugarpaste
THREE TIER - 5", 7" & 9" (114 Portions) ~ from £575.00 for a Ganache finish / £650.00 for Sugarpaste

FOUR TIER - 4", 6", 8" & 10" (164 Portions) ~ from £695.00 for a Ganache finish / £750.00 for Sugarpaste

Please note that the suggested servings are purely guidelines, and portions are dependent on how each cake is cut.
The above sizes are also based on tiers which are approximately 7-8" tall, and portion sizes of 1" x 2" x half-height of the tier.

Supplementary cutting cakes to increase your portion count are available upon request.

STYLING & SETUP
The styling and set up of your cake is just as important as the cake itself. Not only should it be presented somewhere for all to see, but it should also be presented in a way that ties in perfectly with the rest of your décor and showcases it for the piece of art that it is! When you’ve invested a lot of money in your wedding cake, don’t then waste it by hiding it in a dark corner, on a bare white tablecloth or in front of the fire escape or extinguishers!

Styling doesn't have to be complicated or costly ~ a stylish plinth or table, along with a cake stand and knife, plus a few finishing touches such as a cake menu, candles and a couple of champagne coupes etc can really set your cake apart from the rest.
The more people get to see the wedding cake, the more they will want to EAT it because they know it exists (and they'll want to know if it tastes as good as it looks!). It's also the perfect opportunity to get more for your money and repurpose your ceremony flowers by positioning them on, around or behind the cake table! Make a feature of it!
Unfortunately, most venues tend to either not provide a cake stand anymore, or the ones they do still have are very old fashioned (often scratched and damaged from 20+ years of use). Instead, we can recommend hiring one of ours to compliment your finished cake design and improve the overall look of the cake. I have a small range of different style cake stands to hire, or I can work alongside you and your wedding planner/venue stylist to help come up with an alternative idea for your cake display...

We have both meticulously planned how you’d like the cake to look and taste, so let's make it the photo opportunity it deserves!
