WEDDING CAKE PRICES & PORTIONS
Every cake I make is completely bespoke to you, and as such I don't have an 'off the shelf' set price list.
My prices are reflective on the premium ingredients and techniques I use, so will vary depending on the design of the cake,
the number of portions (and the size of portion) required, plus delivery and set up costs applicable to your venue.
I fully appreciate that it can be helpful to at least get an idea of pricing before discussing anything further,
so have provided the 2025 “starting” prices for my most popular wedding cake sizes below:

Pricing & Portion Guide
Traditionally the Wedding Cake cake is always cut and served in the evening,
but this is your day, and you can decide on when this happens to best suit you!
If you don't wish to cater for all your guests then a good rule of thumb is to go for 80% of your total guest numbers.
Once I know how many guests you are hoping to feed, I can advise a cake size based on your requirements,
or you can use the guide below to help decide what you'd like.

The guide below shows the approximate finger portion servings (1"x 1") of my most popular cake sizes:

TWO TIER ~ 5" & 7" (48 Portions) ~ from £350.00 for a Ganache finish / £400.00 for Sugarpaste
TWO TIER ~ 6" & 8" (72 Portions) ~ from £400.00 for a Ganache finish / £450.00 for Sugarpaste
THREE TIER - 4", 6" & 8" (84 Portions) ~ from £450.00 for a Ganache finish / £500.00 for Sugarpaste
THREE TIER - 5", 7" & 9" (111 Portions) ~ from £500.00 for a Ganache finish / £550.00 for Sugarpaste

FOUR TIER - 4", 6", 8" & 10" (160 Portions) ~ from £650.00 for a Ganache finish / £725.00 for Sugarpaste

These are purely guidelines and portions are dependent on how each cake is cut.
The above sizes are also based on tiers which are approximately 7-8" tall.

Supplementary cutting cakes to increase your portion count are available upon request.

If you require a smaller cake, for a more intimate wedding, then a quotation can be provided on request.
STYLING & SETUP
The styling and set up of your cake is just as important as the cake itself. Not only should it be presented somewhere for all to see, but it should also be presented in a way that ties in perfectly with the rest of your décor and showcases it for the piece of art that it is!
When you’ve invested a lot of money in your wedding cake, don’t then waste it by hiding it in a dark corner of the room on
a bare white tablecloth or in front of the fire escape or extinguishers!
Styling doesn't have to be complicated or costly ~ a stylish table along with a cake stand and knife, plus a few finishing touches such as candles and a couple of champagne coupes etc can really set your cake apart from the rest.
The more people get to see the wedding cake, the more they will want to EAT it because they know it exists (and they'll want to know if it tastes as good as it looks!). It's also the perfect opportunity to get more for your money and repurpose those ceremony flowers by positioning them on, around or behind the cake table!
Unfortunately, most venues tend to either not provide a cake stand or the ones they do have are very old fashioned (often scratched and damaged from 20+ years of use). Instead, we recommend hiring one of ours to compliment your finished cake design and improve the overall look of the cake. I have a small range of different cake stands to hire, or i can work alongside you and your venue stylist to help come up with an alternative idea for your cake display...

We have both meticulously planned how you’d like the cake to look and taste, so let's make it the photo opportunity it deserves!
